888v strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each individual may register only one account using their real personal details. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same details or different details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 888v will consolidate balances at its discretion, void any bonuses claimed across the accounts, and may suspend or permanently close one or all of the accounts involved.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single-withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though 888v reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple tranches for operational reasons.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and money laundering. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, 888v's payments team will work with the player to identify a suitable alternative — subject to identity verification.
888v is required to complete identity verification before processing any player's first withdrawal. The verification process typically requires a valid CNIC photograph. Players who have not completed verification are not eligible to withdraw, but their deposited funds are protected and will be returned to the original deposit method upon request.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must first be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount is released as real-money balance and is fully withdrawable. Bonus funds do not expire provided the player's account remains active.

888v publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every slot game and applicable casino game in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run return across millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error during an active round, 888v's system will attempt to restore the round to the last known valid state. Where a round cannot be restored, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning round may be voided at 888v's discretion.
In multiplayer card games and Ludo, a 30-second reconnection window is provided if a player disconnects. If the player does not reconnect within this window, their turns auto-skip for the remainder of the game. Winnings earned in games completed while the player was disconnected are still credited automatically.

Any player may request closure of their 888v account at any time by contacting support at support@888v.life. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided verification has been completed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
888v reserves the right to close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or regulatory requirement. In the case of closure due to a Terms breach, 888v may withhold balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned.
An 888v account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 888v will notify the player by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee is Rs 500 per month and is deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account is closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
888v may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888v will notify all registered players via their registered email address and via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
For non-material changes — such as corrections to wording, clarifications, or minor administrative updates — 888v may update the terms without advance notice, with the change date updated accordingly at the top of this page.
Continued use of the 888v platform after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the updated terms take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the 888v platform that cannot be resolved through the 888v complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
888v operates a formal complaints process. If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support channel, you may submit a formal complaint to support@888v.life with the subject line "Formal Complaint." 888v commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
